We specialize in the on-site repair and maintenance of HP Laserjet, Color laserjet printers, Designjet Plotters and Canon laserclass fax machines. We do everything from yearly cleanings to emergency repairs.
When you call for service please have your HP printer model number and a description of the problem (including any error messages). Sometimes we can correct your problem over the phone at no charge.
We spend most of our time with our customers, so if you receive our voice-mail please leave a message and we will be paged. You will be contacted by a qualified technician as soon as possible.

Pricing
Our hourly service charge is $75.00/ hr. plus parts for black & white Laserjets & faxes, $85.00/hr for Colorlaserjets and $200.00 for Designjet Plottersl 1-hour min. Some common repairs are done at a flat rate. Customers that buy all of their laser printer toner from us are charged $65.00/ hr. plus parts.
